Pennsylvania State Police, Troop H, Carlisle False Arrest, - Arm Surgery Games
Victim's statement: My brother and I were asleep @ 2AM on 11/08/09. We had been at his Championship college football game earlier that day and celebrated afterwards at his house where he lives with 3 roommates. Officers/troopers entered the room where we were both asleep. The men began to arrest my brother, waking us out of a dead sleep. I got up and asked why and was ignored. I was very upset and continued to question why they were taking my brother and followed the group of officers/troopers down the stairs. Once outside I continued to be ignored and demanded an answer. If my brother was going to be taken away, I needed to know where to find him. I continuously asked and escalated my volume in effort to get some answers. There was tussling around and pushing as several officers, my brother, witnesses and myself were all trying to get out of the house at the same time. Finally, in my God-willing, honest opinion, the officers/troopers must have heard enough of my crying and persistence. It was then that I was grabbed very aggressively by several men, thrown to the ground face first into grassy mud, stepped on, pinched, tased by a taser gun multiple times in my back and hogtied. They treated my brother the same way. The men continued to apply extremely excessive force during my arrest. I am covered in bruises from head to toe and a severely injured wrist. All I can gather is that the troopers and officers wanted to shut me up, so they arrested me. I was in bed asleep ...
